French president Nicolas Sarkozy called for unity in France Thursday following the dramatic shootout that killed Toulouse gunman Mohamed Merah after a 32-hour standoff. Merah, a 23-year-old Frenchman of Algerian descent, had admitted Wednesday to negotiators that he had killed three children and their teacher and three French paratroopers, prosecutors said. And indeed, they said they found videotapes he had made of the killings in his apartment.

But French officials were facing sharp questions in the wake of the Toulouse killing spree, in particular about why they had failed to close in on Merah earlier.

The 23-year-old Toulouse mechanic had traveled to Afghanistan and Pakistan at least twice, most recently in 2011. He claimed to have trained in jihadi camps in Waziristan, according to French prosecutors Thursday, who said he had also proclaimed allegiance to al-Qaida. Merah was also well-known to Toulouse law enforcement, having been convicted on numerous nonterrorism related crimes, like purse snatching, for which he served a year in prison. Indeed, his attorney reportedly said this week that at their last meeting a couple months ago, he had advised Merah to be on his best behavior because he had recently returned from Afghanistan and would be on the police's radar. (Merah had been picked up for driving without a license.)

"That is one of the big questions people in France are asking coming out of this," Christophe Bauer, a producer at French broadcaster France 24, told Yahoo News Thursday. "There's a sense he just came back from Afghanistan. French officials said they had been tracking him. But what does that tracking mean? Apparently, the French intelligence services in Toulouse talked to him when he got back from Afghanistan."Cheap Wholesale Jordan Shoes

CNN reported Thursday that Merah was on the U.S. "no-fly" list.

Experts on jihadi movements say several factors would have put Merah on the radar of French law enforcement and intelligence. Among them, his multiple trips to Afghanistan and Pakistan, his history of past petty crimes and his alleged affiliation with an Islamist organization.

"The problem is trying to figure out who will go a step further," Aaron Zelin, a research associate at Brandeis University, who focuses on Islamic jihadi groups, told Yahoo News on Wednesday. As in any country, Zelin said, "it's hard to know when a person is totally radicalized."

It isn't clear what set Mareh off on his killing spree, which began ten days ago with the first of tw0 shooting incidents which killed three French paratroopers of North Africa descent, and wounded a fourth of Caribbean descent. On Monday, he killed three school children and their teacher at the Ozar Hatorah Jewish day school in Toulouse. Mareh allegedly told French negotiators that he carried out the killings to avenge the death of Palestinian children in Gaza and to protest French participation in the NATO-led peacekeeping force in Afghanistan.

There were other factors that might have made Merah's intentions harder to detect in advance of the killing spree, Zelin said. Most notably, Mareh used a gun rather than explosives for his attacks. Many past other recent jihadi-motivated attacks in Europe and the United States--such as the "7/7" 2005 attacks on the London underground and buses, and the attempted 2010 Times Square car bombing--have involved explosives or attempted bombings. "Most of the time, they try to put together a bomb," for which they need to acquire products, such as large amounts of fertilizer, that may "look shady" and tip off police to try to stop it, Zelin said.2012 Jordans

Some French military analysts were also critical of the police raid Thursday for ultimately failing to take Merah into custody alive after the 32 hour standoff, as French officials repeatedly said they hoped to do.

"From a purely technical standpoint, this operation—which lasted 32 hours—is a failure," Jean-Dominique Merchet, a journalist who covers military affairs for French publication Marianne, wrote, according to a translation. "Counterterrorism specialists wonder why, when it was, they say, a fairly simple operation. Merah was alone and had no hostages."

Among their critiques, he said, when the elite French counterterrorism force (known by its acronym RAID) stormed the apartment, "it lacked one essential element: reliable information," Merchet wrote. Police were not even certain that Merah was alive when they stormed the apartment. Even then, when they battered in the door, Merah, entrenched in the bathroom, was able to shoot first at them. A five-minute shootout ensued, in which some 300 pieces of ammunition were fired, and even then Merah was apparently able to escape through the window before he was shot in the head by a police sniper, Merchet noted.Air Jordan Shoes

206 killed in Republic of Congo arms depot blasts
http://www.maxsalehome.comHomes and buildings collapsed in the Congolese capital after an arms depot exploded Sunday, killing at least 206 people and entombing countless others in crushed structures including inside two churches that buckled while parishioners were celebrating Mass, officials and witnesses said.air maxes 24 7

The shock waves shattered windows in a three-mile (five-kilometer) radius surrounding the barracks storing the munitions, including across the river that separates Brazzaville, the capital of the Republic of Congo, from Kinshasa, the capital of the larger Central African nation of Congo. Government spokesman Bienvenu Okyemi blamed a short-circuit for the fire that set off the successive blasts.

"It's like a tsunami passed through here," said Christine Ibata, a student. "The roofs of houses were blown off."

Some 1,500 people were injured, Okyemi said on national radio.

The register of a morgue in Brazzaville already had 136 bodies Sunday afternoon, as more continued to arrive. A doctor at the capital's military hospital who asked not to be named because he was not authorized to speak to the press reported 70 more deaths.

Okyemi put the official toll at 146 dead, at a late-night news conference, but said rescue workers still were looking for corpses.

He said the main fire was under control, though some homes still were burning.

President Denis Sassou-Nguesso toured two hospitals and a morgue as injured people were being brought in including a 4-year-old boy who had lost his leg. The president was visibly moved, and in a statement read on state TV he said, "We have no less than 100 dead, many wounded and significant structural damage."2011 air maxes

The president said that the government was doing it all it could to launch a rescue effort.

"We are trying to organize ourselves. I am asking the population to show courage and solidarity. ... All the material and human loss will be evaluated and the government will take a just decision," Sassou-Nguesso said. "This tragedy is an accident."

Okyemi said the government has decided to move all barracks outside the capital. There are at least five military camps in Brazzaville.

He also announced a curfew for a perimeter around the affected area, but did not specify the area or the hours.new air maxes

And he said the government is taking temporary charge of the many children found wandering around alone, apparently separated from their parents in the chaos.

It's unclear what started the fire at the tank regiment's barracks located in the capital's densely populated northern neighborhood of Ouenze, but an official at the president's office said the depot is used to store war-grade weapons including mortars. The first blast went off at around 8 a.m., and several smaller blasts were heard throughout the morning. Another major explosion went off at around 1 p.m.

Residents woke up thinking that either an earthquake had hit them, or else a coup was under way in this nation that suffered through a 1997 civil war. Defense Minister Charles Zacharie Boawo appeared on national television to urge calm in Brazzaville and in the neighboring capital, Kinshasa.

"The explosions that you have heard don't mean there is a war or a coup d'etat," he said. "Nor does it mean there was a mutiny. It is an incident caused by a fire at the munitions depot."cheap air maxes

Didier Boutsindi, an official in the president's office, said the explosion woke him "with the force of an earthquake." Doors in his house, located several miles (kilometers) away from the epicenter of the blast, were thrown open and several windows cracked. He began making calls, and when he realized the origin of the explosion, his first thought was his uncle, whose home is located just next to the depot.

"The house fell completely," Boutsindi said. "He was sleeping. His wife was at church. His children — small children — were playing outside," he said. "The neighbors dug out the body and brought him to the morgue."

The uncle's body was among the countless others that were being brought in by car, on stretchers, and carried by shell-shocked residents. The death toll is expected to rise, Boutsindi said, as many more people remained trapped inside crushed structures, including the faithful of the St. Louis Catholic Church, who were attending Mass when the blasts began at the barracks across the road. A smaller evangelical church also fell to the ground, witnesses said, burying its parishioners.air maxes 2010

The explosions caused buildings to shake as far away as Kinshasa, separated from Brazzaville by the 3-mile-wide (4.8-kilometer-wide) Congo River. An enormous plume of smoke could be seen snaking across the sky.air force max

France, the former colonial power, is sending a shipment of emergency aid to Brazzaville after the explosions, Foreign Minister Alain Juppe said in a statement Sunday. Condolences began arriving from around the world.

"I was greatly saddened to hear of the large number of casualties in the explosions which occurred in Brazzaville today," British Foreign Secretary William Hague said in a statement. "Our thoughts are with the families."air griffey max

Among the dead were Chinese workers working of a company located near the depot that was building low-income housing.

The official Xinhua News Agency quoted Chinese Embassy officials as saying three Chinese workers were killed and dozens were injured in the explosions. Pact for budget discipline signed by 25 EU states
http://www.cheapmaxonline.comAll but two European Union countries signed a fiscal pact to tighten budget discipline on Friday, marking a coup for Germany that pushed for the accord to prevent a repeat of the loose spending that led to economic crisis.

Only Britain and the Czech Republic did not sign the agreement, under which all other countries in the 27-nation bloc are to write a golden rule on balanced budgets into national constitutions or equivalent laws and automatic correction mechanisms if the rule is breached.

"This stronger self-constraint ... as regards debts and deficits is important in itself," said Herman Van Rompuy, who as President of the European Council played a key role in negotiating an agreement acceptable to all signatories.new air maxes 2011

"It helps prevent a repetition of the sovereign debt crisis," he said, in a speech given during the signing ceremony.

But the agreement could yet pose significant difficulties.womens air maxes

Ireland, which depends on the euro zone for financial support after its banking system collapsed, will hold a referendum on whether it should be party to the pact, a vote the country's finance minister has compared with asking the nation whether it wants to remain inside the euro currency bloc.cheap air maxs

Irish voters have rejected new European laws in referendums in the past. But if they were to do so again in a plebiscite expected by June, it could ruin plans to return to borrowing on financial markets next year and regain financial sovereignty.nike air max shoes

This in turn would most likely mean the country needs a second financial bailout. If it does not sign the pact, however, it would not qualify to receive assistance under the euro zone's permanent rescue scheme, the European Stability Mechanism.air max 2010

This vicious circle could have profound implications for a still fragile euro zone. Ireland is seen as the most successful of the three countries to be bailed out by the euro zone and International Monetary Fund during the sovereign debt crisis.air griffey max 1

Perhaps an even bigger uncertainty lies in France, where opposition Socialist presidential candidate Francois Hollande has vowed to renegotiate the treaty to add measures to promote growth if, as opinion polls suggest, he defeats conservative President Nicolas Sarkozy in a May runoff.

Algeria to allow foreign NGOs to monitor vote

Cheap Jordan 3 FusionALGIERS (Reuters) - Election observers from U.S. non-governmental organisations the Carter Center and the National Democratic Institute will for the first time be able to monitor a parliamentary election in Algeria later this year, the interior minister said on Tuesday.

Daho Ould Kablia told Reuters that the government, accused of interfering in past votes, would play only a logistical role in the May 10 election, and that for the first time the vote will be supervised by judges and political parties.Jordan Alpha Trunner

Signalling a more powerful role after the election for parliament, which many government opponents see as a rubber-stamp, the minister said its mission would be to draw up a new constitution by the end of this year.

Energy exporter Algeria was largely untouched by last year's "Arab Spring" upheavals, even as revolutions overthrew long-standing rulers in its neighbours Tunisia and Libya.Jordan 1

But it is now under pressure to get in step with the rest of the region in the wake of the uprisings elsewhere and allow elections which are free and fair and give more representation to the previously sidelined opposition.

In a telephone interview, Ould Kablia said that in the election the government "will play a purely logistical role but the supervision will be fully under the judges' and political parties' control ... Transparency is assured in a way that guarantees the neutrality of the administration."Cheap Jordan 13+23 Fusion

"The new thing also will be the presence of international observers from the EU, the Arab League and so on, but also international NGOs (non-governmental organisations) such as the NDI and the Carter Foundation," he said.

The government had previously announced that European Union and Arab League monitors would be invited, part of a package of reforms that also handed control over the vote count to commissions of judges.Cheap Jordan 11 Fusion

But the authorities had not before said if the two U.S. NGOs would be allowed to send monitors. Their election observation missions are viewed by many Western governments as a benchmark of whether a vote is transparent.

However, both the Carter Center and the NDI said they had yet to decide whether to take Algeria up on the invitation to send observers.Jordan 13 Embroidery

"The Center is currently assessing conditions in Algeria, and whether or not it will be possible to send a mission, given existing commitments on other elections," said David Carroll, director of the Carter Center's democracy programme. "No decision has been taken at this time."

An NDI representative said in an emailed statement: "NDI appreciates the invitation of the Algerian government and its desire for a more transparent and inclusive process."Women Jordan 11 Air Max Fusion

"We look forward to the possibility of monitoring the elections in May and are exploring options for organizing a mission."

In the interview, the minister indicated that parliament would take a lead role in drafting planned changes to the constitution, which are likely to reduce presidential powers.

"This election is important because its (the new parliament's) members who will be elected will have as a mission the task of drawing up the new constitution. It will be a kind of constituent assembly," Ould Kablia said. "The new constitution should be done in 2012."Cheap Jordan Fusion 5 Sale

Under Algeria's constitution, it is the prerogative of parliament to change the constitution, but political analysts say in reality parliament merely signs off on amendments handed down to it by the ruling elite.

If the new parliament does have a bigger say in the process, that could mean substantial changes to the constitution because the chamber is likely to include a much bigger opposition contingent, including Islamists, than before.New Jordan Shoes

Asked about the prospect of a low turnout in the election, the minister said: "Abstention could happen because of fear of fraud or because of the parties' poor choice of candidates. Anyway, this election will be a test that will allow citizens to check the transparency or otherwise of the election."Jordan Kids

Myanmar relaxes grip on media, vows end to censors

http://www.cheapjordanssite.comYANGON, Myanmar (AP) — It was a newspaper article that just months ago, Myanmar's draconian state censors never would have approved.
It told how prison authorities crudely attempted to cure a scabies outbreak by wiping down naked inmates with medicine-laden brooms — a demeaning act that revealed the poverty of the nation's prisons and the decrepit state of its health care system.women in jordan
"In the past it would've been a very dangerous thing to publish," said Zaw Thet Htwe, who wrote the story and was a political prisoner himself until last month. "It wasn't allowed."cheap jordans shoes
But in a sign of just how much is changing in this long-oppressed nation, it was allowed. The article was not only published this month in the Health Journal, a Yangon-based weekly, but it hit the streets without having to be reviewed first by the government's infamous censorship body, the Press Scrutiny and Registration Department.air jordan 7 retro cardinal
Journalists have been jailed, beaten and blacklisted for decades in Myanmar, and the government continues to censor reporting about politics and other subjects it deems sensitive. But since last year, when the nation's long-entrenched military junta stepped down, censorship has ended on subjects such as health, entertainment, fashion and sports, and reporters are testing the limited freedom that has begun to emerge.
Today, images of opposition leader Aung San Suu Kyi, once a highly taboo figure, routinely appear on the front pages of everything except state-controlled media. And the days of buying foreign publications, only to find sensitive stories cut out, are over.air jordan 11
"It's much more relaxed," said Thiha Saw, chief editor of a news weekly called Open News, who said he's now able to write freely about fires, murders and natural disasters — all prohibited at various times in the past.cheap kids shoes
The government has gone even further, promising to abolish censorship altogether once the parliament approves a new media law later this year. The legislation, currently being drafted, would effectively allow Myanmar's independent press to publish on a daily basis for the first time in decades.all jordan shoes
As recently as last fall, the future of journalism seemed grim in this Southeast Asian nation, which is also known as Burma. Reporters were still subjected to routine state surveillance, phone taps and censorship so intense that many were forced to work anonymously, undercover. In January, Reporters Without Borders ranked the country a lowly 169 out of 179 nations in its annual press freedom survey.
Few expected much change when the junta ceded power last March. The new government, dominated by a clique of retired officers, had risen to power in an election widely considered neither free nor fair.
But in an inaugural speech, President Thein Sein promised sweeping democratic reform, and vowed to "respect the role of the media, the fourth estate."cheap wholesale shoes
In June, the government quietly began removing blocks on once-banned foreign news websites. It also began allowing international newspapers and magazines to be sold without sensitive sections cut out.
Exiled reporters, for decades among the country's most fervent critics, have been allowed to return and report freely, along with once-blacklisted correspondents from foreign news organizations, including The Associated Press.air jordan 6 origanal
"Things are moving in the right direction," the Committee to Protect Journalist's Southeast Asia representative, Shawn W. Crispin, said Tuesday in Bangkok.
But he added, "The reforms we've seen are just scratching the surface. By any objective measure, Burma's media is still among the most repressed in the world."
Nine reporters have been freed this year, but three remain behind bars, he said.
While "publications have been allowed to put Suu Kyi on the cover and report some of the things she says ... there are plenty of areas the press is not allowed to venture into, including any critical reporting of the ongoing conflict" between ethnic Kachin insurgents and the army in the north.
Saw, the Open News editor, said a team of around 50 government censors still spikes about 10 percent of the content in his 30-page journal each week.nike jordan 5
But even that is progress. In the past, he said, censors were not averse to scrapping entire editions.
"We don't really expect freedom of expression in a few months or a few years," the bespectacled journalist told the AP in an interview in his small Yangon office, where a poster of Suu Kyi hangs on the wall.
Censorship has been in place in Myanmar one way or another since a 1962 military coup, he said, and "we still have a long, long way to go."
Now, writing about peace talks between the government and ethnic rebels is OK, Saw said, but stories about fighting between them are not. Pictures of refugees aren't allowed, and neither are articles about past crimes or corruption allegedly committed by ruling party officials. Also taboo: stories about student activists (like the ones who rose up in 1988) and monks (like the ones who rose up in 2007).
When dissident monk Shin Gambira was briefly detained by authorities earlier this month, "that story was killed, too," Saw said in an email Monday. "We just keep on pushing."
U Tint Swe, Myanmar's censorship boss, told the AP that censorship had historically been needed to maintain stability. But he said such edicts will be a soon be a thing of the past.
"Once the press law is out, there will be no need for the press scrutiny department at all," Swe said.
Journalists here are looking forward to the freedom to write freely, but they worry, too. The end of censorship will remove government responsibility for the printed press, leaving reporters liable for prosecution. Some laws that have been used to sentence journalists to long jail terms will also remain on the books.
Crispin said that as long as the recent, sweeping reforms are not enacted into law, reporters will remain "skeptical that the regime could yank the rug out from under them any time down the road."
And indeed, progress could easily be reversed. Suu Kyi and other opposition politicians are running in parliamentary by-elections in April, but only a few dozen seats are up for grabs and the current government is assured of staying in power until national elections in 2015.
Htwe said he wrote his article about the prison "in a very careful manner, very mildly, so the government would not be offended."
He had special reason to be concerned. Htwe was one of hundreds of political prisoners released in a Jan. 13 amnesty, and the article was his first since going back to work.
In 2008, he was sentenced to 19-year jail term, in part for distributing a video of local donors handing out aid to victims of Cyclone Nargis. The natural disaster killed about 140,000 people, but journalists were only allowed to report official state statistics about the devastation.
Some journalists in Myanmar suspect the government is less interested in freedom for journalists than it is in ending Western economic sanctions.
"They want the international community to think there is press freedom here," Htwe said. "But I feel that all these changes that are being made, they aren't coming from the heart. They aren't sincere."buy cheap shoes

Cardinals, Molina reach $75M deal through 2017

Molina won his second World Series with St. Louis last fall and said, "I'm happy to be a Cardinal for 5-6 more years. I'm looking to like six more championships. This is a great organization."black retro 8 jordans

Molina batted .305 in 2011 with 14 home runs and 65 RBIs, and added 12 RBIs during the team's World Series title run. He's been durable, too, averaging 138 games the last three seasons.
Put it all together, and the body of work stood out for the Cardinals.
"He's at the peak of his career and we're just thrilled to have him," DeWitt said. "He's a premium player, plus he plays so much. We were both highly motivated to get this done."cheap jordan shoes
Both Mozeliak and DeWitt said it was more difficult to project what Molina might have made had he waited for free agency because defense is such a large part of the position. Mozeliak consulted new manager Mike Matheny, a former three-time Gold Glove catcher, several times and said Matheny's response was that pursuing a long-term deal with Molina was a "no brainer."
"When you think about traditional metrics today, it's more offense-oriented," Mozeliak said. "But when you factor in not only the hardware he's received but also the intangibles that go into a position like catcher, when you talk to our pitchers they're thrilled this was done."
Matheny caught for St. Louis from 2000-04, leaving for free agency in 2005 after losing his job to Molina. He said Molina came to camp motivated and has set the tone for younger players.
The Cardinals had been saying since the start of spring training that they were hopeful of reaching a deal. Molina came to camp with a stance hardened by Pujols' departure, and said the team would not get a hometown discount. He didn't set a deadline for getting a deal done but was happy to have it out of the way before the season.air jordans cheap
"I still think this is a business, but my idea was to stay here and my commitment was to stay here," Molina said. "We had a pretty good idea we were going to leave the door open for them."
The Cardinals had offered Pujols more than $200 million over 10 seasons, and have used those funds and more to build a contender without the three-time NL MVP. Beltran signed a two-year, $26 million free agent deal and shortstop Rafael Furcal re-signed, getting a two-year, $12 million contract.
St. Louis has payroll flexibility going forward, with contracts totaling more than $30 million for first baseman Lance Berkman and pitchers Kyle Lohse and Jake Westrbrook due to expire, and value Molina's role with tutoring young pitchers. The team has a payroll of around $115 million heading into this season.
Molina is the youngest and most talented of three brothers to catch in the major leagues. His arm has been particularly deadly on pickoff picks at first base with Pujols, but he'll need to develop teamwork with Berkman this season.
Molina has thrown out 44 percent of basestealers for his career, better than Mauer's 35 percent, with 41 pickoffs. The opposition rarely runs on him, averaging just 56 attempts his seven full major league seasons.buy shoes for cheap

Say Hello! to Pakistan's glamorous side

www.2012cheapjordanshoes.comISLAMABAD (AP) — Pakistan is better known for bombs than bombshells, militant compounds than opulent estates. A few enterprising Pakistanis hope to alter that perception with the launch of a local version of the well-known celebrity magazine Hello!.
They plan to profile Pakistan's rich and famous: the dashing cricket players, voluptuous Bollywood stars and powerful politicians who dominate conversation in the country's ritziest private clubs and lowliest tea stalls. They also hope to discover musicians, fashion designers and other new talents who have yet to become household names.
"The side of Pakistan that is projected time and time again is negative," said Zahraa Saifullah, CEO of Hello! Pakistan. "There is a glamorous side of Pakistan, and we want to tap into that."
But celebrating the lives of Pakistan's most prosperous citizens is not without its critics in a country where much of the population lives in poverty. Advertising one's prosperity could be risky as well since kidnappings for ransom are on the rise and attracting attention from Islamist militants can mean death.
Wajahat Khan, a consulting editor at Hello! Pakistan, said they were cognizant of the sensitivity of publishing a glamour magazine in a conservative Muslim country where many people are struggling and planned to be "socially responsible and culturally aware."
"We are trying to be happy in a war zone," Khan said Saturday at a news conference with Saifullah and other members of the magazine's editorial staff. "We are trying to celebrate what is still alive in a difficult country."
Khan said they would do everything they could to protect the security of the people they profile, but he wasn't overly concerned.
"I don't think terrorist networks are going to be reading Hello! anytime soon," he said.
Pakistan already has a series of local publications that chronicle the lives of the wellheeled in major cities like Islamabad, Lahore and Karachi, especially as they hop between lavish parties. But the producers of Hello! Pakistan hope the magazine's international brand and greater depth will attract followers.
Hello! was launched in 1988 by the publisher of Spain's Hola! magazine and is now published in 150 countries. It's well-known for its extensive coverage of Britain's royal family and once paid $14 million in a joint deal with People magazine for exclusive pictures of Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie's newborn twins.
The market for English-language publications in Pakistan is fairly small. Most monthly and weekly magazines sell no more than 3,000 copies, said Khan, the consulting editor. But they hope to tap into the large Pakistani expatriate markets in the United Kingdom and the Middle East as well.
Hello! Pakistan will be published once a month and will cost about $5.50, twice as much as what many poor Pakistanis earn in a day. The first issue will be published in mid-April and will focus on the Pakistani fashion scene.cheap jordan shoes
Saifullah, who grew up watching her mother and grandmother read Hello! as she hopped between London and Karachi, said it took her two years to convince the magazine to publish a local version in Pakistan.buy jordans for cheap
"They were concerned about whether Pakistan was ready for a magazine like this," she said.
But Saifullah thinks the timing is perfect to showcase Pakistan's too often hidden treasures, citing Sharmeen Obaid-Chinoy, who recently became the first Pakistani filmmaker to win an Oscar for a documentary about the plight of female victims of acid attacks in the country.
"We want to tap into the aesthetically beautiful, the athletic, the fashionable," said Saifullah. "There is so much going on on a daily basis that nobody ever covers. It's totally unexplored."cheap jordans for sale

Nadal, Murray advance in Miami

World number two Rafael Nadal cruised through to the last 16 at the Miami Masters, while fourth seeded Andy Murray advanced without even breaking sweat.
Nadal continued his domination over Czech Radek Stepanek with a straight forward 6-2, 6-2 victory in a third round match on centre court.
Murray reached the fourth round by not hitting a ball when Canadian Milos Raonic withdrew with a right ankle injury.www.forevercheapjordans.com
Nadal, who is chasing his first Miami title, has now beaten Stepanek in all six contests dating back to their first meeting in 2004.
"I am just happy to be in the fourth round winning two matches with positive feeling and with comfortable results," Nadal said. "I will just try to keep doing well and try to keep improving a little bit the level."
Nadal finished with three aces, won 74 percent of his first-serve points and saved both break point chances he faced in the 86 minute match.
Nadal advances to face Japan's Kei Nishikori who breezed past Czech Lukas Rosol 6-4, 6-2 Sunday.
"He's a fantastic player and will be a very difficult match for me," Nadal said of Nishikori. "He has big talent to hit the ball very early, to play very aggressive."
The 24-year-old Scot Murray will tackle French 13th seed Gilles Simon for a place in the quarter-finals of a tournament he won in 2009.
Highly-regarded Canadian 26th seed Raonic had already been forced to pull out of the doubles on Saturday where he and South African partner Kevin Anderson had managed just three games against Michael Llodra and Nenad Zimonjic.
The 21-year-old Raonic had been in a rich vein of form in 2012, winning titles in Chennai and San Jose and making the final in Memphis.
At Indian Wells last week, he was knocked out in the third round by eventual champion Roger Federer.
"The doctor in Spain doesn't think it's anything big. It probably just needs a couple days of rest and, with treatment, it should be OK in a week," said Raonic.
"It's frustrating, but you have to look at the big picture."jordan shoes
Bulgaria's Grigor Dimitrov recorded his first victory over a top 10 player when he beat seventh-seeded Czech Tomas Berdych 6-3, 2-6, 6-4 in two hours and 16 minutes.
Dimitrov saved five of seven break points to reach the fourth round of a Masters 1000 tournament for the first time.
The 20-year-old Dimitrov will next face ninth-seeded Serb Janko Tipsarevic, who fired down 10 aces to get past 18th-seeded Ukrainian Alexandr Dolgopolov 6-4, 5-7, 6-2.
Tipsarevic leads Dimitrov 2-0 in their head-to-head series, with both meetings coming last year at Eastbourne and Washington.
On the women's side, American wild card Venus Williams struggled to defeat Aleksandra Wozniak of Canada 4-6, 6-4, 7-6 (7/5) and top seed Victoria Azarenka powered past Heather Watson 6-0, 6-2 in third round matches on Sunday.
Williams advances to face former world number one Ana Ivanovic who beat 20th seeded Daniela Hantuchova 6-2, 7-6 (7/2).cheap jordans

Castroneves wins Indy season opener

Cheap Jordan Shoes For Sale Fast And Secure shippingBrazil's Helio Castroneves captured the IndyCar Series season opening race then celebrated the win with an emotional tribute to Dan Wheldon.
After taking the chequered flag at the finish of the Grand Prix of St. Petersburg, Castroneves got out of his car and paid tribute to his friend by stopping in turn 10, where he climbed a fence and patted a street sign in honour of Wheldon.
When he got to the green and white sign, Castroneves also lifted up his head and pointed skyward.
Wheldon died five months ago in a horrific 15-car smash at the Las Vegas Motor Speedway. This was the first race since the death of Wheldon, a two-time Indianapolis 500 winner and the 2005 series champ.
"You can never question God's mysteries, and today, for me, I ended up stopping at turn 10," said Castroneves. "Honestly, I did not plan it. It was just the way it happened, and there was the sign Dan Wheldon Way. For me, and for all of us -- the drivers and the fans -- not having him here certainly we'll miss.
"But we've got to remember him as he lived, the way he lived, and continue to pray for his family."

Aussies level ODI series vs W.Indies despite Sammy heroics

www.mycheapairjordans.comWest Indies' hopes of a first series win over Australia in 17 years were shattered when the tourists clinched a 30-run victory in a thrilling fifth and final one-dayer.
Chasing a victory target of 282, West Indies on Sunday came agonisingly close before Australia won to level the series 2-2 with one tie.
From a seemingly hopeless position of 118 for seven, skipper Darren Sammy and all-rounder Andre Russell carved out a record eighth-wicket partnership of 101 off just 59 balls to take their team to 219 with nine overs left.
Sammy, batting at nine, raced to 50 off just 20 balls and was eventually last man out in the 48th over having hit a blistering 84 off 50 deliveries with six boundaries and six sixes.
Russell made 41 off 33 balls before he was out lbw to Xavier Doherty, the Australians succeeding with a review after the batsman had been given not out by the on-field umpire.
Once that red-hot partnership was broken, the Australians were virtually home.
"At one time it looked like we would be chasing 330 but we pulled it back," said Sammy.
"Against the world No. 1, with our backs against the wall, it was a fantastic effort.
"Today again the top order didn't click but we can still put runs on the board. We have a 'never say die' attitude. I think we should have won the series."
Australian captain Shane Watson admitted there was still work to be done ahead of a two-match Twenty20 series which starts here on Tuesday.Cheap Air Jordans
"Darren Sammy ran us close," said Watson. "We hoped to get up around 300 but thought we'd done enough. There are a few things we have to work on but we're going the right way."
West Indies got off to a nightmare start, losing opener Johnson Charles and Marlon Samuels, who were both dimissed for ducks by a fired-up Brett Lee in the first and third overs.
Darren Bravo made just three off 21 balls when he was caught behind by Matthew Wade off Clint McKay with Dwayne Bravo becoming the fourth man out after a lazy prod to mid-off off Shane Watson ended his brief cameo of 19.
At the halfway stage of their run chase, West Indies were 82 for five after opener Adrian Barath (42) had been dismissed off slow bowler Xavier Doherty.
That left them requiring a run rate of eight an over and the situation got worse when Carlton Baugh was caught in the deep by Ben Hilfenhaus to give Lee his third victim.
Kieron Pollard, who blasted a match-winning century in Friday's win that had given West Indies a 2-1 lead, was then caught by Mike Hussey off Watson in the 32nd over having hit two sixes in a 40-ball 33.
That was the cue for Sammy's and Russell's pyrotechnics which almost took them to a famous win.
Lee finished with the best figures of three for 42 off nine overs.Cheap Jordans For Sale
Australia made 281 for nine, their highest score of the series, after being put into bat.
Watson, with 66 off 89 balls, and fellow opener David Warner, who crashed 69 off 61 balls, with 10 fours and a six, put on 118 for the first wicket by the 20th over as the tourists looked on course for a 300-plus total.
But only Peter Forrest, with 53, made another major contribution.Nike Jordans For Cheap And Free Shipping!

'Survivor' star eyeing Ind. governor's race

jordans for cheapINDIANAPOLIS (AP) — Former reality TV star Rupert Boneham said he thinks he has a real shot at becoming Indiana's next governor after being nominated as a third-party choice Saturday.
The fan favorite from 2004's "Survivor: All-Stars" was unopposed for the Libertarian Party's nomination, which came during the party's state convention in Indianapolis.
"My aim, honestly, is to win governor," Boneham said in a phone interview afterward. "I really feel I have a strong chance of pulling not just the Libertarian vote, but the independent vote, the undecided vote, and maybe even some votes from Democrats and Republicans."
He will face Republican Mike Pence and Democrat John Gregg in November's gubernatorial election. Current Indiana Gov. Mitch Daniels is limited to two terms and cannot run again.
"We have a governor's candidate in Rupert Boneham that can reach out to the 70 percent of the population that does not vote, and bring them into the process," state chairman Sam Goldstein said in a statement. "He brings a level of name ID that our previous candidates have not had, which is important in politics."cheap air jordans
The tie-dye wearing Boneham won $1 million on the "Survivor" series and donated some of the prize to his Rupert's Kids charity, which provides mentoring and job training to at-risk youths.
Boneham said he's been a Libertarian for more than 20 years, but didn't become active in the party until this year. He said he wants less government intrusion at the state level, especially in education.
Libertarian 2008 gubernatorial nominee Andy Horning, a former Republican who also has run for Congress and mayor of Indianapolis, was unopposed for the party's U.S. Senate nomination.
"My job is to be in place if people should ever have an epiphany," he said. "The two-party system is just a crazy crony network."
But despite polls showing high levels of voter dissatisfaction and a contested Republican senatorial primary, Horning saw the odds as being against an epiphany this year. "We've all heard this before. Every election, everybody's fed up," he said.cheap jordans
The party also is fielding candidates for five of Indiana's nine congressional seats.
The convention also featured a debate and straw poll among the party's four candidates for president. Former Republican New Mexico Gov. Gary Johnson won the straw poll at the convention with 87 percent of the vote.

Yankees starter Pettitte set to return to action

cheap jordansNEW YORK (Reuters) - The New York Yankees stood in fourth place heading into Tuesday's game against the visiting Tampa Bay Rays but have turned to veteran Andy Pettitte to help turn around their season, with news he will return to the rotation on Sunday.
Pettitte, who will turn 40 next month and last pitched in the majors in 2010 before coming out of retirement earlier this year, was recalled by Yankees general manager Brian Cashman after he completed his sixth minor league outing.
"I think everybody is in agreement that he's not really going to benefit from any more time down below," Cashman told reporters.
Pettitte, barring rain-outs this week with threatening weather in the forecast, is expected to take the mound in this weekend's series finale against the Seattle Mariners.
"The reports that I've got have been pretty good," Yankees manager Joe Girardi said about the left-hander's form.
"We feel that he's physically ready, he feels that he's physically ready and that's why he'll be here this weekend."www.buy-jordansretro.com
Pettitte, who won five World Series with the Yankees before announcing his retirement before the 2011 season, last pitched in the majors in the 2010 American League Championship Series.
The left-hander has a career record of 240-138, and ranks as the all-time leader in postseason wins (19), starts (42) and innings pitched (263).cheap air jordans
The Yankees could benefit from pitching help as Freddy Garcia and Phil Hughes have both struggled while 23-year-old Michael Pineda has been ruled out for the rest of the season following shoulder surgery.
Garcia has already been replaced in the rotation by David Phelps.
Girardi would not say who Pettitte would replace among the New York starting pitchers, although Hughes is still scheduled to start against the Mariners on Saturday.
"We have guys that we want to go out and pitch very well, and we'll make a decision on Sunday who we're going to take out," Girardi said.
Pettitte retired after a successful 2010 campaign in which he posted an 11-3 record with a 3.28 earned run average.cheap jordan shoes
"I think all of us probably kind of expect that we're going to see Andy Pettitte, what we're used to seeing," Girardi said.
"A guy that grinds out starts, that has the ability to get double plays, that doesn't panic out there."
Pettitte has pitched 13 of his 16 major league seasons with the Yankees, spending 2004-06 with his hometown Houston Astros.

Mickelson and Woods illustrate two sides of golfing coin

cheap air jordansPONTE VEDRA BEACH, Florida (Reuters) - Rarely has the contrast between golf as an enjoyable game and torturous frustration been as evident in two players as in the appearances of Phil Mickelson and Tiger Woods at the Players Championship on Tuesday.
Mickelson, a four-time major winner fresh from his induction into the World Golf Hall of Fame, sat casually with reporters ahead of Thursday's opening round and chatted about how much he loves the game.
But Woods, who missed a cut for only the eighth time in a PGA Tour event last week, looked far from happy discussing the seemingly endless "process" of working on the fourth swing change of his professional career.
After a series of dry explanations and testy rebuttals, the former world number one was asked whether there was any joy in the toil of trying to rediscover his winning touch. Judging from his response, the notion was totally alien to him.
"A joy? No, I don't enjoy missing cuts," Woods said before shifting the focus back to his swing, reiterating an argument that this is simply a phase he went through even during the years when he assembled 14 majors.
"You're not going to play well every week. There are times when I have felt awful over a golf ball and I've still somehow won a golf tournament. It doesn't mean I feel comfortable but just somehow figured out a way," he said.www.buy-retrojordans.com
For Woods, the man who once made the game look ridiculously easy, discomfort is now the goal as he tries to perfect the lessons of swing coach Sean Foley.New Jordan Shoes 2012 For Sale
"When I get into what Sean wants me to do with my old setup where I'm comfortable, then I can hit an array of shots, because obviously my grip has changed, my posture and how I move through the golf ball is completely different. So that's where I get into the problems.
"Now, if I get completely uncomfortable and put myself in a position where it feels just awful, I hit it pure. So there's where I'm developing in the swing.Buy Cheap Jordan Shoes
"It was the same way at Bay Hill where I was just committed to just feeling awful over the ball, and I hit it great. But that's the movement pattern. That's what's different.
"I've been through it with Butch (Harmon), I've been through it with Hank (Haney), and you get through stages like this, go through periods like this. We've all done it. It's just I'm in it right now."
'LOVE EVERYTHING'
It is hard to imagine Mickelson enduring a similar process and when asked what he loved about the game, it was not hard for the left-hander to find the sources of pleasure.
"It's everything about the game," said Mickelson. "Whether it's just the challenge of making contact and hitting the ball or the challenge of being creative and hitting shots around the greens."
Mickelson's recollections of his early days playing the game were the kind that many could relate too.
"I loved going out there on a rainy day practicing under the palm tree when nobody was around hitting balls out onto the par?three course where I grew up.buy jordan shoes
"I love going down to the club and just hanging out, hanging out and spending time with the guys before and after a round. I just love everything about the game.
"It's been such a big part of my life, that I'm very appreciative that I get to do what I do. I'd like to see other people enjoy it the way I do."
There are many who would love to see Woods enjoy it that way too and maybe, if the wins come back, he will be able to.
For now though, it is all about the struggle.

Dealer describes HGH shipment to Clemens house

Nike Air Jordan Shoes ShopWASHINGTON (AP) — Scolded by the judge for putting on a slow and "boring" trial, prosecutors in the Roger Clemens case livened things up by introducing a convicted drug dealer who talked way too fast.
Kirk Radomski, the former New York Mets batboy who provided drugs to dozens of major league baseball players, took the stand Tuesday and described a shipment of human growth hormone he sent to Clemens' house about a decade ago.
Radomski showed the jury an old, torn shipping label he found under his television set in his bedroom in June 2008. Federal agents had failed to find the label when they searched his home three years earlier — because they apparently didn't look under what Radomski called his huge, old-model "dinosaur of a TV."
The label was addressed to Brian McNamee, Clemens' former strength coach, at Clemens' home address in Texas. Radomski said the shipment was for two kits of HGH — "about 50-100 needles" — that he estimated occurred in 2002.
McNamee has said he injected Clemens with HGH and steroids. Clemens denied to Congress in 2008 that he took either drug, which led to the perjury charges against him. The first attempt to try the 11-time All-Star pitcher last year ended in a mistrial.
The defense is expected to emphasize that the label lists McNamee, instead of Clemens, as the recipient. McNamee would often stay at Clemens' house during training sessions.
On a relatively busy day at the trial, U.S. District Judge Reggie Walton also ruled that the government could not introduce Clemens' contract with the Boston Red Sox as evidence that he was motivated by money to extend his career. The jury heard from five witnesses — more than have appeared in the rest of the trial combined.Cheap Jordan Shoes
None riveted the jury like Radomski, easily the most entertaining witness so far. Only hours earlier, Walton began the day saying how bored the jurors had become as the trial trudged through its fourth week.
Swiveling in the witness chair, Radomski spoke so energetically and in such extraordinary detail in his pronounced Bronx accent that the court reporter repeatedly had to tell him to slow down. He described how he started using steroids and HGH himself some 20 years ago, then starting selling them. One of his customers was McNamee.Retro Jordan Shoes
Radomski called himself a "health nut" despite his past association with performance-enhancing drugs. He stumbled over pronunciations and spellings, at one point saying: "Hey, I'm from the Bronx. I'm not a scholar." He boldly suggested the judge get an "orthopedic chair" to deal with recurring back problems.
He stood and unbuttoned his coat to show the jury where on the body he would perform injections. He described the sizes of needles used for various injections. He said pitchers take performance-enhancing drugs for strength and endurance, not to bulk up their muscles. He knocked on the witness stand to describe the "knock at the door" he received when feds arrived to search his house in 2005.
Radomski cooperated with investigators and pleaded guilty to money laundering and distribution of a controlled substance in 2007.Nike Air Jordan Shoes
Even Clemens, who has been watching calmly from the defense table and taking notes, was more animated. He tapped his fingers a lot, stared more intently and rubbed his hair.
Radomski will return to the stand Wednesday.
Earlier in the day, Walton turned down the government's attempt to display Clemens' Red Sox contract. The judge said showing the multimillion-dollar salaries to a jury that knows little about baseball could be prejudicial against Clemens because some people think professional athletes make an "obscene" amount of money.
"I just think we don't put someone on trial for the amount of money they make," Walton said.
The judge was in a stern mood all day, from the moment he first took his seat to give a tongue-lashing to both sets of lawyers. This trial was supposed to last four to six weeks, but it is now Week 4 — thanks to a lengthy jury selection, breaks scheduled around the judge's and jurors' schedules, acrimonious debates among the lawyers that frequently disrupt testimony and the plodding pace set by prosecutors who, for example, decided Tuesday that the jurors needed to see four generic exterior photos of the Toronto Blue Jays stadium.
The government has said it doesn't expect to call its key witness, McNamee, until next week.
"Those folk are fed up because they see their time being wasted!" Walton, his voice rising, said before the jury entered the room.
The pace has been so slow and so scattershot that one of the jurors is apparently having trouble understanding what it is actually about. Walton said a juror asked the judge's law clerk if the judge would advise what the charges are, an indication of how "far afield" the proceedings had wandered.
"When you create a boring environment which is being created in this case, it precipitates jurors to talk about the case," Walton said. "They are bored."
When jurors entered the room, Walton scolded them too, but more gently. He reminded them not to have any discussions about the case until it's time for deliberations.
The first witness was John Longmire of the FBI, who was back for a second day and wrapped up his testimony quickly. He was followed by three men who have worked with Clemens as athletic trainers: Charlie Moss and Jim Rowe from Clemens' years with the Boston Red Sox, and Tommy Craig from Clemens' stint with the Blue Jays.
Moss, Rowe and Craig testified that team employees such as strength and conditioning coaches would not be authorized to give players shots of B12 or of lidocaine, a common local anesthetic. Clemens has said he received B12 and lidocaine shots from McNamee when McNamee was the strength and conditioning coach for the Blue Jays in 1998.

Liberty to boost stake in Sirius XM to 45 pct

New Jordans 2012 For SaleLOS ANGELES (AP) — Billionaire John Malone's Liberty Media Corp. said Tuesday that it will spend $650 million to increase its effective control of satellite radio company Sirius XM Radio Inc. to 45.2 percent.
The company made the announcement upon the release of its first-quarter earnings results.
Liberty CEO Gregory Maffei said Liberty had agreed to purchase 302 million shares of Sirius XM at $2.15 each from an unnamed financial institution. The deal is expected to close early in the third quarter.Jordan Shoes
The purchase will boost its stake from about 40 percent, which is based on the number of common shares it would own if it converted its preferred shares. Malone's Liberty saved Sirius XM from near-bankruptcy in February 2009 by agreeing to lend it up to $530 million in exchange for the preferred stock.
Maffei also said that Liberty is planning to re-file its petition with the Federal Communications Commission to be awarded "de facto control" of Sirius within 30 days.
The FCC dismissed Liberty's application on Friday, saying its application was "defective" partly because it did not establish that it intends to take actions that would give it full control.
Maffei told analysts on a conference call that Liberty may make its intentions clearer.Cheap Air Jordans
"Among the options to consider are to be more explicit with the FCC about what actions we intend to take," he said.www.shoesjordans23.com
A Sirius XM spokesman did not immediately respond to a request for comment.
Sirius shares fell 4 cents, or 1.6 percent, to $2.13 per share in late afternoon trading.
Liberty Media shares were up $1.89, or 2.3 percent, at $85.94.jordan shoes for sale

Zynga shares hit new low after EA boss criticism

Jordan Retro Shoes For SaleLOS ANGELES (AP) — Shares of Zynga Inc. fell to their lowest level yet Tuesday after the chief executive of rival Electronic Arts Inc. suggested Zynga paid too much for a recent acquisition, and analysts fretted about the declining number of daily users.
THE SPARK: During its fourth-quarter earnings call on Monday, EA CEO John Riccitiello suggested that acquisitions in the social game sector have gotten too expensive. Although he didn't mention Zynga by name, Riccitiello referred to the value of recently acquired companies.
Zynga, which makes popular Facebook games including "Mafia Wars" and "FarmVille," paid $180 million in March to buy OMGPop, maker of the popular mobile game "Draw Something."
"Right now, what I'm starting to see is valuation expectations that assume that these things are all hockey sticks moving up and to the right with no end in sight," Riccitiello told analysts on a conference call. "I think those are bad assumptions."www.shoesjordansforcheap.com
Confirming fears of a slowdown, several analysts noted that the number of people playing "Draw Something" daily has declined since April.
Cowen & Co. analyst Doug Creutz said in a research note Thursday that Zynga's daily active user base declined 12.5 percent in April.Jordan Shoes
Zynga said last month that it lost $85.4 million, or 12 cents per share, in January through March, when its revenue rose 32 percent to $321 million.
The company declined to comment Tuesday.
Zynga executives told analysts in late April that the OMGPop acquisition prompted it to raise its annual outlook for bookings and adjusted earnings. Bookings reflect in-game purchases of virtual goods in the quarter they are made, but revenue is recognized for accounting purposes as the goods are consumed.
THE BIG PICTURE: Zynga shares its revenue with Facebook from the purchases that people make as they play Zynga games. But it is trying to get people also to play on its website, Zynga.com, where it can keep all the revenue.
THE ANALYSIS: Riccitiello said valuing social game companies at 10 or 20 times adjusted earnings requires a belief the growth will last a "very, very long time." Instead, he said he said one should add up a company's expected profits over three or four years, expecting that they will rise and then fall, and to discount that value to account for risks.
SHARE ACTION: Zynga shares fell 41 cents, or 5 percent, to close Tuesday at $7.93, after earlier touching an all-time intraday low of $7.58. The stock, which priced at $10 when the company went public in December, has since traded between $7.58 and $15.91.Jordan Shoes For Sale

Mark Zuckerberg Isn't CEO Enough for Facebook's IPO

Jordan Shoes For SaleAfter two days on the road, Facebook leader Mark Zuckerberg has not impressed investors with his business savvy, when that's just what he should be doing.

After a hectic Monday in New York, when Zuckerberg kept his audience waiting because he got caught in the bathroom, the Facebook crew decided to switch things up a bit, hoping to smooth out the process. Instead of showing this "creepy, mesmerizing" video, which investors complained they'd already seen, Facebook Chief Financial Officer David Ebersman and Chief Operating Officer Sheryl Sandberg took the helm, answering questions about the social network's future business plan, according to a report by The Wall Street Journal's Jon Kamp, Kirsten Grind and Jennifer Levitz. While that move aimed to appease investors who wanted more Q&A time, Zuckerberg did not show at all, further angering some potential investors. He left about 200 people waiting and gave no reason for his absence. "I think if you're going to take public money, you should be at public meetings," Lawrence Haverty, Jr., an associate portfolio manager of Gabelli Global Multimedia Trust, told Kamp, Grind and Levtiz.

Thus far, Zuckerberg the CEO hasn't won over fans. Rather than the mature Zuck we learned about in this week's New York Magazine cover story, we're seeing hints of the stereotypical awkward Zuckerberg, who can't get it together for the New York suits. He shows up late for meetings or not at all. And when he does make it, his laid-back outfits haven't helped, coming off as shlubby. "Mark and his signature hoodie: He’s actually showing investors he doesn’t care that much; he’s going to be him," Michael Pachter, an analyst for Wedbush Securities said in an interview on Bloomberg TV. "I think that’s a mark of immaturity. I think that he has to realize he’s bringing investors in as a new constituency right now, and I think he’s got to show them the respect that they deserve because he’s asking them for their money," he continued. (Hoodies seem to have a lot of "meaning" these days.) Even the photos of him on the way to the road show kick off, he looks uncomfortable. (There you can see the infamous unprofessional hoodie, too.)

As Wall Street derides Zuckerberg, Silicon Valley has come to his defense. "This analyst is smoking stuff that is outside the realm of legality," writes GigaOm's Om Malik in a satirical take down of Zuckerberg's hoodie on his personal site. "Now if you were looking for a problem with Zuckerberg’s hoodie, then you should see it for what it really is: a fashion abomination," he continues. That follows tweets like this from Directions on Microsoft's Wes Miller. "If the best criticism you can offer on Facebook's IPO is, 'CEOs shouldn't wear hoodies', you should be at the Oscars, not an IPO roadshow," he tweeted. If you'd like a full, thorough take down, The Next Web's Alex Wilhelm also has a very angry-rage-y post against Pachter.

But, it doesn't much matter what the Valley thinks, the anti-sweatshirt crowd gets to vote. With hoodie-gate going on, it's probably best that Zuck didn't show his despicable zip-up wearing face on day-two. "What came across, and not to malign Mark Zuckerberg, was that there were no 'hoodies,'" Michael Mullaney, the vice president of Fiduciary Trust Company told The Journal, referencing the sharp, business-friendly attire of Sandberg and Ebersman. "These were business people who know how to run a business," he continued. He may have upset some. "I would have liked to see him out there at least answering some broader questions," Dana Cease, a senior investment analyst at John Hancock Asset Management, explained to The Journal. "It would be good to have some comfort." But, others appreciated Zuckerberg let the suits do the talking. "After hearing directly from Facebook executives, Mr. Mullaney felt the company appears to have a 'definite plan' and that he felt 'more comfortable with its story than I was prior to this,'" write Kamp, Grind, and Levitz.

The social network will likely finish up its road show this week, going full-on public on Friday. Even with the hoodie and other unprofessional snafus, the company's expected to price its shares in the $28 to $35 range, with a valuation of $77 billion to $96 billion. Oh, and that analyst who felt Zuckerberg's hoodie was inappropriate, had given the company a buy rating, with a target price at $44 per share last week. But, that was before the CEO wore his signature look on his sales trip.
